In order to secure your place on CW Camp19, you will need to complete the booking form and send it with payment to: CW Camps, 54 Kirton Close, Llandaff, Cardiff CF5 2NB
Cheques should be made payable to: Christian Worship Publishing Trust
To pay via Bank Transfer please indicate on the payment reference: campers surname and if space allows which camp the payment relates to eg. SMITH, CHEPSTOW.
Please also send an email to email@example.com so that we can reconcile the payment with the booking.

Please note complete bookings are taken on a first come first served basis, so book early to avoid disappointment, as demand is expected to be very high this year. Booking opens on 27th March 2019 and closes on 19th August 2019 or when fully booked with reserve list. You will receive a letter confirming your place on camp.

Please note: All CW Camp leaders responsible for the care of the children at CW Chepstow Camp 2019 have been recommended by their parent church and will have undertaken the necessary DBS checks and received the appropriate certification.

Bedding: Please can all campers ensure they bring a sleeping bag and pillow case
Camp Rules: All campers must adhere to camp rules throughout camp: Full details to follow on the website
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a booking less than 2 weeks before camp (except for certified illness) only 50% of your camp fees will be reimbursed.
Insurance arrangements: All campers are covered by public liability insurance held by the Christian Worship Publishing Trust and Woodcroft Christian Centre. If required, it is the responsibility of each camper to arrange personal insurance for camp week.
