Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis, so please book early to avoid disappointment and help our organising. You will receive an automated email confirming your place on camp – please check junk email folders. When camp is fully booked (25 girls/25 boys) you will be put on a reserve list.
Our leaders: All CW Camp leaders responsible for the care of the children at CW Chepstow Camps have been recommended by their church and will have undertaken the necessary safeguarding training, DBS checks and received the appropriate certification.

Other Information:
Accommodation is dormitory style. One of the aims of CW Camps is to enjoy making new friends. For the 11-17 camp especially, campers are expected to agree with and sleep in their allocated dorm for the entire camp. Woodcroft Christian Centre Website‘s accommodation page has images of the chalets and dorms.
Bedding: All campers must bring a sleeping bag and pillow case.
Camp Rules: All campers must adhere to camp rules (link to PDF’s of Chepstow Camp Rules and Mobile Phone Policy).
Insurance arrangements: All campers are covered by public liability insurance held by the Christian Worship Publishing Trust and Woodcroft Christian Centre. If required, it is the responsibility of each camper to arrange personal insurance for camp week.
