Conference Booking

Overnight Accommodation / Conference delegates to make their own arrangements. We suggest the following accommodation options: Birmingham Halesowen Travelodge (only one mile away) – also other Travelodges (Frankley M5; Oldbury, Dudley) – Premier Inns (Dudley, Hagley, Oldbury) – Copthorne Hotel at Merry Hill, Dudley – Merry Hill Holiday Inn – Hotels in Oldbury – Park Inn (West Bromwich) – Days Inn (Strensham M5) – Britannia Hotel (Bromsgrove)

Conference Costs / total cost for the two days including meals (if booked before 28 February 2017) would be £33

Unfortunately, as of today the total number of Lunches that can be provided on Friday 24th March has been reached and we are not able to provide a lunch to those who register from now on.
Of course we are accepting registrations from today – Tea is available on Friday and, as yet, there will be room for lunch on Saturday 25th.

The Booking form attached to this page reflects the fact that Lunch cannot be provided on Friday.

Alternative arrangements are as follows –
Sandwiches will be available for purchase and they can be consumed on the premises – a room has been set aside for this purpose. Furthermore if friends wish to bring their own food they are welcome to eat on site – we do not wish to adversely affect the rich fellowship that takes place throughout the Conference, including mealtimes.
There is a Fish and Chip shop also in the locality.

If you are not attending the whole conference and/or you do not require all the meals, please note the following breakdown of costs / booking in advance = £10 each day (advance bookings must be received before 28th February 2017) / payment on the day = £15 each day / the cost of meals are additional to the conference costs / meals need to be pre-booked / lunch = £5 each day / tea = £3

**STUDENT DISCOUNT** For those in full time education the conference fee is waived if booked before 28th February 2017.  The cost of meals will be charged at the standard rate.  Therefore for a student to attend the whole conference and have meals provided the cost would be £13.

Parking during conference / Friday evening (only): There is a small parking area you can use in Meadow Street / At other times: There is parking in Clifton Street (opposite the chapel), and limited parking within the grounds of the chapel itself. Also there is parking in Wrights Lane, by the school playing field.
